We
Accept Telephone Orders
- Call
us toll free at 1-800-445-2609. The best time to call is between 10 AM
to 6 PM (PST), Monday through Friday.
- If
you happen to reach our voicemail, just leave a message and we will
call you back as soon as possible. As a web-based business, we do not
have a dedicated call center. Our staff is often in the warehouse,
checking stock or attending to customer orders.
- Most orders
ship within 24 hours Monday through 12 noon Fridays, Pacific Time (3:00
pm Eastern Time). Orders placed after the Friday deadline, Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays are shipped the next business day.
- When
your package leaves our building, we send you an email with a tracking
number so you know exactly where your package is and the expected
delivery date.
