Is
Your Site Secure?
- Yes, our
Checkout Section (where we collect your credit card information) has a
secure connection to the Internet. All information you send us on this
page is fully Encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)Technology.
This is how we keep your personal information safe and confidential as
it travels from your computer to our servers. SSL is an encryption
technology that scrambles/encodes a message so that only the recipient
can unscramble the data.
How
Can I Be Sure You Have A Secure Site?

As
you
explore the web with a browser (such as Netscape Navigator or Internet
Explorer), you will usually see either a padlock, or a gold key,
depending on which browser you are using. The symbol can usually be
found at either the top of your screen, the lower left corner, or right
hand corner. If you see a padlock, the image will be either locked or
unlocked. If the padlock
is locked, your
link IS secure
and the information you
are sending is safe. If padlock is unlocked, your link is NOT secure
and the information you send is unprotected. If you see a key, it will
appear to be either broken (with little lines through it), or whole. A
whole key means your link IS
secure.
A broken key means that your link is NOT secure and the information you
send is unprotected.
- As you
browse our site's product and information pages, you will usually see
the unlocked padlock, or the broken key. However, when you click on our
"Proceed to Checkout" (where we collect your credit card information)
you will see the locked padlock, or the whole key. You are now on a
secure page and all information sent from this page is fully encrypted
using the SSL technology.
What
Is Your Return Policy?
- All sales
are final, due to the type of sports collectibles sold. However, if
merchandise is defective, or damaged in shipping, we will issue a full
refund.
Why
is UPS Your Primary Shipper and not the USPS?
- UPS is our
primary shipper because the majority of our products are heavy and we
have found UPS to have the best rates. They also offer tracking which
is not available through USPS. If a package should get lost UPS is very
responsive and solves the problem quickly. For single cards and light
weight items we do use USPS.
What
Type of Payments Do You Accept?
- We accept
Credit Cards, Money Orders and Personal Checks -- Online orders
& phone orders.
- CREDIT
CARD PAYMENTS -- is the
simplest method to
use. You place your order on our secure billing info
page and submit your order for immediate processing. Once we verify
your credit information your merchandise will be shipped, usually
within 24 hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit
Cards issued by a UNITED STATES FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ONLY. You may
also call in your credit card order if this is more convenient for you.
- MONEY
ORDERS & PERSONAL CHECKS --
With this
option you would have to phone in your order. We would then
pull the merchandise from inventory and hold it for 7 days.
If payment is not received within the 7 days, merchandise is returned
to inventory and order is canceled.
A Money Order is the better way to go if you are
in a hurry for your merchandise. When paying with a personal
check merchandise is not shipped until the check clears the bank.
(Clearing the bank can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days)
How
Quickly Do Your Ship An Order?
- Paying by Credit Card Orders
received Sunday through up to Friday at 12
noon Pacific Time (3pm Eastern Time) are
usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after the 3 pm ET (12
noon PT) on Friday and Saturday / Sunday, are shipped the
following Monday. We ship most on-line orders via UPS insured unless
otherwise noted in the product description.
- Paying by Money Order - Most
item(s) will be shipped the day after the money order is received,
Sunday through Friday at 12 noon Pacific Time (3pm Eastern).
If Money order is received after the Friday deadline and on
Saturday, item(s) will be shipped on Monday. Depending on the type of
products purchased, we will ship by either UPS Insured or United States
Post Office Insured. Note: UPS does not pick-up, or deliver, Saturday
or Sunday.
- Paying by
Check - Purchases will be shipped after your check clears the bank
(anywhere from 3 to 7 days). For more information about shipping
options etc., check out our "Shipping Info" Page(link at top/bottom of
page).
How
Do I Know When I will Receive My Order?
- On all
orders placed, we will send you an email when we ship your
merchandise. If we are shipping UPS, we will provide the tracking
number along with the UPS link. If we are shipping US Postal Service
and have opted to include postal tracking on the package, we will
include the tracking number in the email. In all
these emails we will also include the date you should
receive your order.
Do
you charge Sales Tax?
- Orders
placed by California residents are charged 8.25% Sales Tax on
merchandise ordered..
Do
You Accept International Orders?
- NO,
sorry. We are not set-up to process or ship
International Orders.
Do
You Have a Catalog You Can Send Me?
-
We
do not
have a catalog. With new products arriving weekly, a catalog quickly
becomes out of date. Our site is basically our catalog. However, there
are too many types of products, especially in the areas of supplies,
photos, card singles and other collectibles for us to list them all.
So...if you are looking for a particular sports item that is not listed
on our site, email us. We will be happy to check through our inventory.
What
If I Don't See An Item Listed?
- Same as
above. Email, or phone, us with your request.
Do
You Buy Cards? Do You Trade Cards?
- Sorry, we
do not buy or trade cards.
Can
You Tell Me the Value of My Cards?
-
We
are
not a price guide for baseball cards or sports cards. We suggest you
search under "price guides" for sites that provide card value
information, or purchase a Price Guide from your local card shop or
book store.
