RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the type of sealed collectibles we sell.**

**If the merchandise is defective, or damaged in shipping, we will issue a refund. Please call 1-800-445-2609 for information on how to return the damaged product.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to customer refusing delivery, or customer providing an incorrect, or an incomplete, shipping address the customer will be charged the return shipping fee. Note: As of January 1, 2006, UPS no longer provides this service free of charge.

PACKAGE FORWARDING POLICY
If the customer requests that a package be forwarded to a different address, other than the the shipping address provided, the customer will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
