MOST ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon PST (3 pm EST) and on Saturday/Sunday ship Monday.
UPS does not pick-up, nor deliver, packages on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Note: The software automatically calculates your shipping cost based on the weight of your order and the ship to zip code.
(We do not add any additional fees.)

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you pay with a CREDIT CARD:Your order will usually ship within 24 hours. For orders to ship within this time frame billing and shipping information must be complete and verifiable.
If you pay with a MONEY ORDER:Your order will ship the day after the money order is received. Money Orders received on Friday and Saturday ship the next business day.
If you pay by CHECK: Your order will ship after your check clears the bank (anywhere from 3 to 7 days).
Any order containing a PRE-SELL ITEM: These orders will ship upon release of the Pre-Sell item(s).

SHIP TO ADDRESS
For orders shipped via UPS, we must have a Street Address. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO's or PO Boxes.
For APO/FPO's and PO Boxes ship to addresses, call us at - 1-800-445-2609.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Once we ship your package, we e-mail you your tracking number so you can track the whereabouts of your package.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to customer refusing delivery, or customer providing an incorrect, or an incomplete, shipping address the customer will be charged the return shipping fee. Note: As of January 1, 2006, UPS no longer provides this service free of charge.
PACKAGE FORWARDING POLICY
If the customer requests that a package be forwarded to a different address, other than the the shipping address provided, the customer will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
