SHIPPING POLICY
Sorry, but we are not set-up to accept, or ship, international orders.
Customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, or PPO's, please call for shipping rates.
MOST ORDERS SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Friday orders placed by 12 noon Pacific Time (3:00pm Eastern Time) will ship Friday.
PreSells ship when product is released.
UPS does not pick-up, or deliver, packages on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
SHIPPING OPTIONS (Get Rate Button)
If you select "Discounted Rate" as your shipping option, we will ship by either regular mail, priority mail or ground.
If you select "UPS", we will ship by the UPS option you selected.
SHIP TO ADDRESS
For orders shipped via UPS,
we must have a Street Address. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
Please be sure the SHIP TO address
is correct. If a correction is made after package is shipped, a $10.00 fee will be charged to your credit card.
This is the amount UPS charges for the service.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to customer refusing delivery, or customer
providing an incorrect, or an incomplete, shipping address the customer's credit card will be charged an $10.00 fee for the return service.
PACKAGE FORWARDING POLICY
If the customer requests that a package be forwarded to a
different address, other than the shipping address provided, the customer's credit card will be charged an $10.00 fee for the forwarding service.
TRACKING NUMBER or DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Once we ship your package, we e-mail you your tracking number or your
confirmation number so you can track the whereabouts of your package.

Ground( delivered by end of business day- not on Sat/Sun)
3 Day Select (delivered by end of business day- not on Sat/Sun)
2nd Day Air (delivered by end of business day- not on Sat/Sun)
Next Day Air Saver (delivered by 3:00 pm on business day- not on Sat/Sun)
Next Day Air(delivered by 10:30 am on business day.
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER OR CHECK
* CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: * Your order will usually ship within 24 hours. For orders to ship within this time frame billing and shipping information must be complete and verifiable.
* MONEY ORDER PAYMENT: Your order will ship the day after the money order is received. Money Orders received on Friday and Saturday ship the next business day.
* CHECK PAYMENT: Your order will ship after your check clears the bank (anywhere from 3 to 7 days).
ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-SELL ITEM(S)
These orders will ship upon release of the Pre-Sell item(s).
APO/FPO,PO Boxes SHIP TO ADDRESS
Call us at - 1-800-445-2609. Depending on the weight, we
may be able to ship via US Postal Service rather then UPS.
